Working at Espoir Care
You will work one to one with clients in their homes and out in the community, across Brisbane and the Redlands. We try to keep the same workers with the same clients, so you get to know the people you support.

Roles we hire
Support workers
Help people with personal care, daily tasks and getting out in the community.
Enrolled nurses
Give nursing care at home under the direction of a registered nurse.
Registered nurses
Assess, plan and give nursing care at home, including DVA community nursing.
Cleaners
Keep clients' homes clean and safe on a regular schedule.
Gardeners
Mow, weed and keep yards and paths safe and tidy.
What we look for

- Clear, friendly communication with clients and families
- Willingness to learn and ask for help
TODO say whether experience or a Certificate III or IV is needed for support worker roles
Checks you will need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current first aid and CPR certificates
- A driver's licence and a reliable car, for some roles
- AHPRA registration, for enrolled and registered nurses
TODO add any other checks, for example a Blue Card for work with children
